On any healing journey, new beliefs to shift your mindset around healing and what’s possible are incredibly helpful.
Remember, everything is constantly in motion at all times. When we remember our power through our belief system, we can reclaim a huge sense of personal identity in healing. What feels true to you, and what beliefs are no longer in alignment?
In your healing journey, remember the importance of your mindset. Mindset is everything, and it is something YOU have total control over.
Here are your 7 affirmations to transform your healing journey:
#1: I get to have full ownership of my experiences and my story, regardless of how it makes people feel. I’m in total and full control.
#2: I choose what empowerment is in my life, and how that looks to me. It’s okay if that’s different than what people expect from someone who went through my experiences.
#3: I release myself from judgement so I can be free. When I stop judging others, I stop judging myself. We can all be free.
#4: I get to listen to my intuition to tell me what I need, at what time, and I get to honour those needs in the way I choose for myself.
#5: I get to reject other people’s experiences or stories. I am the captain of my ship, my own person, and I decide my vibe.
#6: I believe I can grow and change at any time, from any situation. I’m never stuck anywhere I don’t need to be. I get to outgrow the past.
#7: I believe I’m worthy, safe, loved, and deserving of everything, always. My power lies in my ability to change my beliefs about myself and the world.
