“(Before our session) I would say I was in a place of spiritual stuckness. I jumped into the healing journey fast and hard, and leaned into working with parasitic entities a little too quickly. I burned myself out, severed ties with my guides, and felt like I was drifting lonely (and a little bitter). I was always a little resistant to energy work because it’s not usually a tangible practice. Tarot cards and oracle cards are physical. Qi Gong is physical. Energy work has the ability to be subtle. But after each and every session I felt something different, which correlated with the energy that we moved. There were some days I felt so light and giddy like I was high.
