My Yes Supply Review | Master Practitioner Graduate
In this post, I’m sharing my a Yes Supply review of the certifications. In my Yes Supply review, I’m sharing the deep, transformational healing and shifts I experienced during my certifications. As a graduate of the Yes Supply practitioner and Master practitioner levels, enrolling in these trainings has allowed me to heal deep layers of trauma and experience deep, deep healing.
I want to start off my testimonial by expressing my deep and everlasting gratitude to Reese, Steph, and the entire Yes Supply team. The work Yes Supply has put into the world has truly been the most positive influence on my life and through my certifications, I have been able to heal in all of the ways I never thought were possible for me.
I came to Yes Supply in 2019, a few weeks after I reconciled with long-repressed memories of sexual trauma in my childhood at the hands of multiple individuals. The Yes Supply training had been on my vision board for months, and something deep within pushed me forward to sign up. My entire world had just shattered and I jumped at the opportunity to grasp on to something I had dreamed about doing for months.
After I got certified, I immediately started to heal and release the limiting beliefs and habits that were directly related to my sexual trauma. I had so many negative feelings and limiting beliefs about myself that stemmed directly from the sexual trauma, but I used everything I learned at Yes Supply to do as much healing mindset work on myself as I possibly could.
I did so much incredible healing for myself that I actually felt empowered in my healing journey, so much so that my badass therapist with a Ph.D. and over thirty years of experience complimented my work and expressed that she was incredibly impressed with the healing work I had done on my own.
I signed up for the Master Practitioner training, excited to bring these tools to other people and start my coaching business. I had the most amazing experience, and the shifts I experienced in the training opened up the space for me to finally, truly and deeply, forgive the individuals involved in my trauma.
I found old photographs of them in a box of childhood photos, and one day after class, I recited the ho’oponopono prayer. It goes, “thank you, I love you, I’m sorry, please forgive me”. I took the photos outside and burned them, feeling so deeply this feeling of forgiveness I had never felt before.
On the final day of the Master Practitioner training, I prepared my board to smash. I took two photos, one for each perpetrator, and glued them to the board. I declared to the class, myself, and the Universe: “These are two people who did some not-so-nice things to me. And I’m really just ready to let them go right now.” The second I hit that board, that forgiveness cemented in and I did years of healing in that single moment. It was pure release. It was pure peace. I was free.
Getting certified with Yes Supply put the power back in my hands. I am the healer I had always been looking for, and becoming a practitioner in all of the amazing subconscious modalities that Yes Supply teaches empowered me to crack wide open and find my light again. I’m proud to be a survivor, and I’m proud to share my story of healing with Yes Supply. I continue to heal deeply with the tools I learned in both certifications, knowing I hold the power to evolve into the most beautiful, expansive, love-filled and joyous version of myself that I desire to be. It’s possible for all of us, and if you’re feeling the call to enroll just like I did, know that you truly are being guided every single step of the way.
I hope you enjoyed my Yes Supply review!
