How to get BACK INTO ALIGNMENT.
Alingment being – when you are feeling good, the wind is blowing through your hair, Destiny’s Child is blasting in the car, and every single window is rolled down. The weather? Irrelevant. Is your left hand, the one you hold out the window, frozen solid? Yes, of course it is. But you are living your best life. A client you just wrapped up with sends you a glowing testimonial. A hot man checks you out in the car. You are glowing. People are looking at you as you drive by, wondering what your secret is. Someone texts you with an opportunity for a corporate crystal reading. You see angel numbers on, like, twelve license plates in a row. A PayPal payment notification comes through on your phone. Downloads are flowing through. You trust. You feel guided. You feel amazing. You feel incredible. It’s the energetic equivalent of chugging an iced coffee on an empty stomach at six AM and embarking on the best day of your life.
It feels good.
But when we fall out of alignment? It can feel chaotic as fuck. Like, how did we get from Destiny’s Child in the car this morning feeling like I was Her Majesty Queen of the Universe to sobbing in the shower only ten hours later, wondering if I can actually fucking do this?
It can make us feel out of control. Suddenly, we’re tapped out of that juicy Universe flow.
Who can relate?
The truth is, getting into alignment is a lot simpler than you might think. Here are my three easy steps for getting back IN to alignment.
Firstly, the key to getting back into alignment is recognizing you need to get back in.
Step 1: Ask for help.
Say this: “Universe, angels, spirit guides – thank you for helping me to get back into alignment.” That’s it. Then, move on to step 2.
Step 2: Release control.
Listen, the reason why you don’t have 90% of what you want is because you ask the Universe for stuff (clients, money, hot boyfriends, Chanel bags, steak dinners, etc.) and then you freeze up, the need to control everything kicks in, and you miss the guidance. Fear paralyzes you from taking action. Guilt clogs you up from feeling good about having it, so the manifestation juju falls out of your field. The shame from unhealed trauma makes you feel bad for having it. Not feeling safe to be the person who has it makes you avoid moving forward altogether. It’s a labyrinth.
The solution? Work on releasing control first. (Come to work with me if you need help clearing this. It IS a game changer.) And all of those other dense energies that make you feel like you can’t have it.
Step 3: Follow The Guidance On How To Get Back Into Energetic Alignment
Follow the guidance that comes through. Don’t be stubborn, listen to it. It might be a hit to check out your favourite thrift store, or stop by the bookstore on the way home from coffee. It could be the thought to go for a walk, a vision of a friend you need to text, or an idea for a new marketing campaign for your business.
And those of you who are super intuitive, might experience your guides delivering stronger messages with even stronger details.
Receiving the guidance is like receiving the love from the Universe, truly. And giving yourself the permission to listen to it, and follow it, is like giving that love to yourself. It can be an act of courage or bravery, but remember that you’re getting exactly what you asked for.
