Healing feminine energy after sexual trauma is hugely about cultivating safety in the body to express this energy, as well as finding ways within to enjoy your femininity in a way that is not defined or limited by any social or cultural expectation.

If trauma interrupted your social development, you might want to explore what your idea of feminine expression looks like now. We can reclaim and heal our femininity through inner child/teenage work (ie, what was our ideal expression of femininity then and getting curious about that) but what about now, in the present?
Womb Reclamation Ritual #3: Embody Your Feminine Energy Daily
It could be something a simple as painting your nails weekly, or doing your makeup on a daily basis. Or, it could be hiking as an expression of your feminine strength. Or wearing cozy, comfy clothes.
(You get the idea. It’s not to ‘perform’, but to embody what feels right for you.)
This might take a minute to get clear on, or find a rhythm with, but once you get into a routine of embodying your feminine force within, you’ll naturally know the habits and rituals that make the most sense to you.
