Affirmations to Heal The Worthiness Wound
In this blog post, I’m going to be sharing worthiness affirmations that you can use in your daily life to boost feelings of worthiness and self-esteem.

If you didn’t grow up feeling like you were told how worthy you are, you owe it to yourself to take action and embrace affirmations as a way of shifting the internal self-belief and self-talk. The truth is, you are worthy just because you are. Don’t feel that way though? Give yourself some time to practice repeating these affirmations.
How to use these affirmations
The great thing about affirmations is how easy they are to use.
Tips for using affirmations in your daily life:
Create cue cards (flash cards) with the affirmations on them and post them up around your house. Journal out the affirmations, and even use EFT tapping to tap them in to your body and subconscious mind. The possibilities are endless.
Worthiness Affirmations
- I am worthy, exactly as I am right now.
- It is safe for me to release old patterns of unworthiness.
- I forgive myself for my past when I felt less worthy.
- It is safe for me to grow and change. I am a constantly evolving being.
- I love myself, and I set myself free by embracing my worthiness.
- The Universe loves me, and I love me.
- The Universe knows that I’m worthy, and so do I.
- I am willing to change, and I see truth now.
